Returns policy and order cancellation

As established through Spanish legislation, the policy of returns and claims for products purchased online must offer the same guarantees and rights to the buyer as those purchased offline. The return policies for the purchase of tickets in Setas de Sevilla are indicated below.

No exchanges or refunds are allowed, with the exception that Setas de Sevilla makes a mistake in the ticket generation process or in the event that Cancellation Insurance is previously contracted, which allows the cancellation of the ticket with the full refund of the ticket amount (except for the costs of managing the cancellation insurance itself) provided that the cancellation is notified at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled visit.
