We recommend booking online due to capacity limitations, although tickets can also be purchased at the box office. In all cases, you must go to the box office to validate your ticket after presenting a valid ID or a certificate of registration/residence issued within the last 3 months. Only these official documents are accepted to verify your birth or residence in the city of Seville.

Walking or public transportation are the best and most sustainable options. By bus, both lines 27 and 32 have stops very close to the monument, both on the way there and on the way back. In addition, the Metrocentro stops at Plaza Nueva, a ten-minute walk from Las Setas. This way, you can enjoy a wonderful stroll through Seville’s historic center.

Vehicle access is restricted in this part of the city. There are several parking lots where you can park your car just a few minutes away.

Yes, you can modify your reservation or cancel it for a refund up to two hours before your scheduled visit time. To do so, simply follow the instructions on your ticket.

The standard ticket includes access to the 360º Viewpoint, Feeling Sevilla, nighttime access to enjoy Aurora, and a free audio guide available through our WebApp.

The visit lasts approximately 60 minutes. In addition, you have the opportunity to visit us one more time within 48 hours of your first entry, subject to availability and capacity restrictions. Please note that sunset hours are excluded from this complimentary second visit.

Setas de Sevilla is accessible along 90 percent of its total route; there are ramps and elevators that will take you from one floor to another. The exception is the steep incline of the walkway ramps, which can only be navigated by taking the steps up to the Mirador.

You can bring your pet to enjoy Plaza Mayor and the shopping area with you, but only guide dogs and miniature or “Toy” dogs (weighing less than 5 kilos) are allowed in Pasarelas and Mirador, provided they remain in their carrier, bag, or stroller throughout the visit.

Yes. Setas de Sevilla offers a locker service where you can safely and conveniently store luggage, backpacks, and other personal belongings during your visit.
